Our Level 1 program introduces you and your baby to activities designed to promote proper development and growth. We guide you through tummy time exercises for building core strength, infant massage therapy to support digestion, and stretching exercises to accommodate your baby's rapid growth. Additionally, we focus on rolling and crawling activities, crucial for laying a strong foundation for future mobility. Throughout our 6-week program, your baby will develop the skills needed to sit unsupported, marking a significant developmental milestone.

Building on the foundation established in Level 1, our Level 2 program dives into more advanced motor skills and activities. Your baby will learn balance techniques, develop a strong trunk, and explore various crawling methods, such as commando crawl, standard crawl, and bear crawl. As your baby's strength and confidence grow, we'll introduce exercises that develop grip strength and cruising skills. By the end of our 6-week program, your baby will be ready to stand alone and take their first steps toward a world of exploration and play.
